A well-established company specializing in stainless-steel strip and precision metal components manufacturing industry is hiring for an Assistant Manager (Production cum QA) position. The company produces high precision metal materials and components supplied to the automotive, electronics and semiconductor industries. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee production planning, facility maintenance and manpower allocation within the production area.
- Lead production operators to support daily operational requirements.
- Plan and lead ISO Audits and Customer audits.
- Oversee inventory for production materials and product packaging.
- Manage production scheduled waste handling and compliance.
- In charge of Corrective Action Reports, Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and other required documentation.
Support additional tasks assigned by management when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of Production Management in Manufacturing industry.
- Experience in leading production team and operators.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and ensuring production quality compliances.
Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
