JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Responsible to provide application support for all range of Vista Systems (Cinema frond end system).Fluent in Malay
- The functions of the role include:
- Manage and resolve day to day operation issues for Vista System
- Ensure SLA targets are met by proactively monitored the application against abnormality and timely resolutions.
- Comply to audit, regulatory, security policy and procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Provide application support and maintenance of application system
- Master Data Maintenance and System Configuration for Vista System
- Monitor Vista Applications performance
- Working closely with cinema locations and support vendor
- Basic knowledge in MS SQL Server Database
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably at least 3 years’ of working experience in related field. Must possess considerable knowledge of IT and talent acquisition. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Exposure & knowledge to the following system technologies is an added advantage
- Microsoft SQL 2008 and above
- Experience in reporting tools like Crystal report.
- A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
- Must be able to learn, understand, research and apply new technologies.
