JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To enhance customer satisfaction and develop brand recognition in Malaysia, maximize market share and margin of each product line.

Take the lead in assessment and formulation of Malaysia branch marketing strategy, conduct research and analyse local industry, market and competitors.

Lead the formulation and disintegration of annual sales targets and overall work plan.

Identify the decision-making chain of the relevant government, industry organizations and targeted customers and the corresponding personnel.

Participate bidding strategy discussions, and subsequently execute related meeting actions and decisions

Forecast the required funding and expenditures, finalise budgets, and ensure management of the sales expenses on a monthly basis according to the target.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of helming senior sales position equivalent to director or senior executive management position

Candidate must be from the energy sector either from OEM, utilities, or EPC companies involved in Transmission & Distribution line.

Knowledge of electrical insulation materials.

Strong leadership and financial acumen

Strong presentation skills to corporate clients.
