They are now looking for an experienced Business Development Director specializing in corporate offices design to join their team.

They are now looking for an experienced Business Development Director specializing in corporate offices design to join their team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare proposal, RFP, tender responses and/or any other required documents
- Pre-tender and post tender follow up works
- Update & Compile company information for tender submission
- Assisting Business Development Manager/Director for business development activities, tender process and any other assigned tasks from leads development till securing the deal
- Perform desktop research and reporting on opportunities
- Acquire lead and secure appointment for presentation
- Cold Calling and Sales Pitching
- Compilation of user's requirement and project objective
- Obtain high level design brief, clients' information and direction
- Obtain existing, new plan and fit-out guidelines from client
- Able to plan timelines to meet proposal submission date
- Managing Customer Relationship Management
- Prepare minutes of meeting for internal and external cirdulation
- Measure success of marketing effectiveness (sales figure/customer satisfaction, etc.)
What you'll need to succeed
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture & Design.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in the field of Interior Design and new Business Development.
- Demonstrate established creative expertise, a keen sense of color, and adeptness in design documentation.
- Exhibit effective communication and adept design presentation abilities.
- Proficiently skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and 3D software.
- Hold sound knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Tender/Construction drawing packages and interior detailing using AutoCAD for commercial office spaces.
