A multinational medical equipment manufacturer is in search of a dynamic and sales-oriented team player to grow their sales territory in Malaysia.
The main responsibilities for the Business Development Manager include:
- Facilitate and support product demonstration with healthcare professionals.
- Provide ongoing training sessions in accordance with corporate medical education strategies.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to work closely with sales team in a clinical setting.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, support revenue generation and long-term account clinical goals are achieved.
- Complete necessary clinical/training reports and administrative tasks as needed.
- Create strong working relationships with customers built on a level of reliability and trust.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of sales & marketing experience within the medical sector, candidates with aesthetics sales background would be advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of both customer and market dynamics and needs.
- Unwavering attention to detail with an acute awareness that everything counts.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
