JOB DESCRIPTION
- Generate and seek out business opportunities in line with strategic objectives and plans.
- Originate, screen/clear investment proposals/partnership opportunities to determine suitable for company’s involvement and strategic fit.
- Manage proposed investment proposals/partnership opportunities from initiation, financial evaluation, research and due diligence, negotiation, through to Board of Director approval and deal execution
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners (including with operators, licensors), stakeholders and relevant industry influencers.
- Increase awareness and visibility of company within relevant industry circles
