Our client operates a newly opened shopping mall in the heart of KL, and is currently looking for a Business Relations Executive who will be maintaining positive tenant relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of the shopping mall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
- Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback.
- Resolve tenant issues, disputes, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events team to support tenant promotions and mall events.
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements and mall regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations to address tenant maintenance requests promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in business relations, marketing, tenant management, or related roles within a shopping mall or commercial property.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
