JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To schedule maintenance programmes for the M&E System and all equipment of the shopping centre.
- To monitor and supervising maintenance staff on daily operation of the chiller plant, ACMV, ventilation system, fire alarm system, elevator and STP plant, LPG system and M&E equipment operation. To coordinate the installation of temporary and permanent power supply to new tenants.
- To liaise with TNB when power failure or any power interruption.
- To liaise with SAJ on the condition of water supply.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/ Degree Holder in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Certificate of Competency as Chargeman BO issued by Energy Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience in a similar capacity and preferably in handling high tension power system and major in building management
