JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee and supervise various civil engineering projects, guaranteeing their timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
· Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications and plans for all construction operations and create a schedule for various civil engineering projects, such as roads, bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure.
· Preparing technical concept paper, proposal and presentation materials for projects progress status.
· Ensure that all projects adhere to the regulations and standards set by local, state, and federal authorities.
· Ensure the project resource is utilized at the optimal level.
· Establish and nurture robust connections with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
· Oversee the development and administration of project budgets, encompassing tasks such as estimating costs, allocating resources, and providing financial reports.
· Be well informed about the most recent developments in the industry, including trends, technology, and best practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
· 10-15 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
· Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
· Language Proficiency in Malay and English. Mandarin (optional)
