A world’s top watch brands distribution and retail company in Asia is looking for Client Advisors to be part of their team. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining good relationships with clients.
Main responsibilities of the Customer Relations Consultant role:

Equipped with in-depth product knowledge to provide recommendations and consultations to clients.

Provide excellent sales and after-sales service to clients and build good relationships with them to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Assist Boutique Manager on the store operations including stock management and boutique maintenance, to ensure adherence to retail standard operating procedures.

Support team members in administrative duties, processing of payments, and update of records into the system.

Involve in Brand-related events and act as a Brand Ambassador if appointed.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications: SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent.

Min 1 year of working experience in luxury retail operations.
-
Experience in fine watch retail business will be an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.

Self-motivated, customer-oriented and target driven.
-
Proficient in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
