A well-established network marketing company is looking for a Country Manager to oversee and supervise all branch operations, encompassing various areas such as business, education, finance, human resources, logistics, warehouse, and IT.
The main responsibilities of Country Manager include:
- Fully responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of the company or branches.
- Strategic planning, formulate and implement sales goals and profit plan of the business.
- Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
- Plan and manage marketing activities/ events, implement the activities of business/market promotion and advertising.
- Conduct market research and create plans/forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
Job requirements:
- Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Direct Selling /Network/ MLM.
- Preferably those with the knowledge of business policy, market development, product promotion and distributor training, team management experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, as there is a need to work with stakeholders in China.
- Must be willing to relocate to other countries / work abroad.
