Our client is a leading FMCG company in the premium Wine & Spirits industry. We are looking for an experienced Sales candidate with previous HORECA exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales execution and customer relationship of dedicated outlets and wholesalers and customers
- Develop volume fulfilment strategy and plans based on targets and covered customer accounts
- Forecast and analyse demand data for wholesalers and outlets
- Set monthly/weekly sales activities for outlets in line with outlet segmentation guidelines
- Recruit & manage outlets for promotions and develop new customers
- Achieve targets (KPIs) as allocated by the Sales Manager
- Manage wholesalers account risk by monitoring AR collection and credit limit
- Maintain strong relationship with customers through regular sales calls
- Consult customers regarding product listings, price adjustments, product features and promotion information etc.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
- 3‐5 years relevant sales experience in leading FMCG companies or HORECA channel
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and conversant in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects.
- Excellent planning and communications skills, better with night channel management background.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
