Our client is a leading FMCG company in the premium Wine & Spirits industry. We are looking for an experienced Sales Admin candidate with previous FMCG experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationship with customers through regular sales calls
- Checking SOH status & advise customer accordingly
- Order Processing for approval
- Advise delivery timing and ensure reach customer on time
- Forecast and analyze demand data for wholesaler
- Manage wholesalers account risk by monitoring AR collection and credit limit
- Consult customers regarding product listings, price adjustments, product features and
promotion information etc. - Activate Retail L3F/ Promotion/Branding by the Sales Manager
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
- 3‐5 years relevant sales admin experience in leading FMCG companies
- Able to speak and write fluent English, and converse in Mandarin
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation to duty free zones (Langkawi, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table/VLOOKUP)
