Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email and live chat.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate urgent issues.
- Direct calls to the right department and follow standard procedures for documenting customer interactions.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction based on client's guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate well in Cantonese and able to read and type in traditional Mandarin due to require communicating with HK customers.
- Able to work on 24/7 rotational shift.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to join immediately are more preferred.
