Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service
- At least 1 year experience in Forex and CFD industry.
- Answer any inbound questions/queries from clients
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Thai Language & English
Responsibilities:
- Willing to learn of foreign exchange, derivates, margin FX, index and precious metals, brokerage industry services trading platform.
- Answer any inbound questions/queries from clients
- Translation of the website and other client content
- Shift will be required
