A multinational company in the Beauty, Skincare & Cosmetics industry is looking for an E-Commerce Executive/Senior to manage their online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize all online marketplace operations, including listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and daily store performance.
Drive growth through marketplace marketing tools such as sponsored ads, vouchers, bundles, and promotional mechanics.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Product/Education, Customer Service etc) to ensure smooth fulfilment, accurate product information, and strong store ratings.
Monitor and resolve operational or performance issues to ensure healthy KPIs in traffic, conversion, GMV, and campaign ROI.
Analyze marketplace data to develop data‑driven strategies and prepare regular performance reports for management.
Stay updated on marketplace trends, new features, policies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail (beauty/personal care/skincare) with digital marketing experience.
Familiar with e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and online platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
Proficiency in Meta Ads manager and marketing automation platforms are an added advantage.
Interest in beauty, skincare trends, and digital consumer behavior.
Preferably equipped with basic knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, or CRM tools, and has experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
Creative mindset with understanding of beauty content and brand storytelling
Proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, and interpreting marketplace dashboards.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
