Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for CADCAM design, NPI, artwork making, screen making, process design for all prototypes and mass-pro models
- Ensure APQP, PPAP, FMEA are carried out for all automotive models
- Evaluate overall production technical capabilities of producing new models
- Demonstrate high efficiency in analyzing new models, technical drawings, and process requirements to generate competitive and accurate quotations
- Set up production technique and process specification during pre-production stage
- Maximize material usage during layout plan (Mapping Stage)
- Handling of UL safety standard requirement.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years and above of experience in Engineering / R&D is preferable
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in management
- Critical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Leadership, teambuilding, mentoring, project management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
