Job Descriptions
- Be responsible for the routine inspection, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure they run smoothly, including special equipment.
- Be responsible for the management of equipment data, establish and maintain equipment ledgers.
- Be responsible for the installation and debugging of new equipment and the design of tooling; verify the reliability of equipment.
- Be responsible for optimizing and improving equipment.
- According to production needs, procuring & manage the spare parts.
- According to production development or project requirements, assist the supervisor in the procurement and selection of new equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical design or related fields, with over five years of manufacturing production experience;
- Proficient in mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes, skilled in designing and developing non-standard equipment;
- Familiar with production, skilled in maintenance.
- Have a solid foundation and experience in manufacturing industry.
- Skilled in PLC.
- Proficient in using CAD, SolidWorks, and other 3D drawing software.
