Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute effective cost control, Preventive Maintenance, spare part control, new machines installation / operational / testing, and ensuring machines in tip top condition.
- Keep machines down time to minimum level.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep work area clean and always practice 5S.
- Design and manage engineering personnel in fabrication of equipment need, determine method, procedure and condition.
- Ensure highest possible product quality and adherence to company Quality System, ISO and other standards.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical and other relevant course.
- Min 3-5 years in Steel / Heavy Industrial with knowledge in maintenance and equipment handling.
- Knowledge in jigs and tool fabrication, welding, and auxiliary equipment troubleshooting.
