Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment in various customer sites.
- Provide technical support to customers through on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair of equipment issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems related to equipment, process or system.
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and ensure that they are following safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment and ensure that they are readily available for use.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management regarding project status, issues and solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, particularly in Wire Bonders and Die Bonders.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation and travel frequently to customer sites.
