Job Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting in a manufacturing environment
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes
- Lead and manage the finance team (1 Assistant Manager + 4 staff)
- Oversee General Affairs and HR team (5 staff)
Job Requirements
- Analytical skills in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Japanese language proficiency is preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Experience in general affairs and human resources is preferred
