One of the expanding financial services company focused on asset and portfolio management is hiring a Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations within a regulated asset‑management environment. This role is central to ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and accurate fund and corporate reporting.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with related regulatory bodies.
Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators.
Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and rolling forecasts.
Ensure optimal cash management for funds and operations.
Strengthen internal controls for financial operations.
Provide financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Professional certifications are highly preferred eg ACCA / CPA / CIMA / ICAEW
Or pursuing equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of Financial reporting & consolidation.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
