JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Assist in the preparation of lease documentation and funding packages, ensuring all required forms, pricing details, and relevant materials are included.
Systematically file and manage funding-related documents and calculations in an organized manner.
Coordinate funding arrangements with financial partners within the specified timeline upon receipt of fully completed and stamped lease agreements.
Initiate and submit funding requests for both new and existing business opportunities.
Oversee funder approval processes across various regions, track expiration dates, and proactively pursue renewals or new approvals as necessary.
Monitor the status of unfunded leases in collaboration with the Operations team to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and submit regular funding and credit reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
Maintain accurate and up-to-date funding data within the system.
Conduct monthly discussions and calls with funders to review funding progress and address any outstanding issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possess Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Management / Accounting or a related field.
Good communication and negotiation skill, strong attention to details.
Ability to build rapport with funders and internal stakeholders.
Minimum of two years of related work experience.
Knowledge of credit assessment or related field is an added advantage
