.Job Description:
- Bookkeeping/ accounting/ audit field work for fund management company and fund entities.
- Fund administration and operation including:
- Preparation and issuance of capital call/ distribution allocation
- Support funding of investments
- Preparation of fund report for funds
- Investment valuation
- Opening/ management/ operation of bank accounts
- Setting up/ maintenance of borrowing facility for funds
- Support cashflow management/ budget control
- Setting-up and maintenance of Malaysia Private Limited Company
- Company registration
- Application of business license/ permits
- Annual reporting
- General administration for Malaysia Private Limited Company
- Reporting to Head Office
- Investor relations (liaising with investors mainly on financial related matters)
- Administration of insurance for fund management company and fund entities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance / Investment
- 3-5 years' experience in banking/ Finance / Investment industries.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Detail-oriented and high level of accuracy.
