Job Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of GA operational procedures.
- Proficiency in managing employee benefits and navigating associated protocols.
- Adherence to company schedules to meet internal needs and provide corresponding assistance.
- Budgeting for overall employee benefits costs, including planned and unplanned expenses.
- Negotiating and formalizing contracts with subcontractors for welfare services such as cafeteria, commuter bus, and workers' dormitory.
- Procurement of office supplies and meticulous inventory management based on station and department requirements.
- Familiarity with security procedures, including the establishment of systems for selecting security devices, agencies, staff training, and emergency responses.
- Ensuring an ample inventory of operational supplies (changing room, uniform, shoe racks) and maintaining accurate asset records.
- Managing the inventory of purchasing and laundering dust-free attire, as well as maintaining the smock room.
- Choosing a cleaning service provider for the entire company, creating checklists, and conducting training sessions for effective maintenance.
- Planning company events and supporting relevant departments in catering to VIPs and customer needs.
- Selecting quarantine service providers and conducting periodic supervision.
- Organizing and storing department-specific documents in the storeroom, following proper procedures for maintenance.
- Maintaining and repairing the training room, broadcast devices, signs, and nameplates throughout the company.
- Streamlining employee welfare processes according to tasks.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and assuming a high level of responsibility, with frequent reporting to the Head of Department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related management field.
- Extensive experience in managing various services and general tasks, including cafeteria operations, transportation services, workers' dormitories, security, cleaning services, quarantine procedures, office supplies management, uniform and cleanroom wear distribution, lockers, changing rooms, shoe locker/racks, event planning, and document storage.
- Possess 8 years of work experience in General Affairs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the entire process, and adept at supervising teams in a managerial role.
