JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that transactions of a business have been properly accounted for and accurately reflect the company's accounting process.
- Enter journal entries related to GL accounts.
- Take care of Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and submit financial information to Longview.
- Maintain Chart of Accounts.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies.
- Be responsible for Financial Reporting.
- Be responsible for Intercompany Accounting.
- Generate standard management Reports.
- Perform account reconciliations and balance reviews.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor/Diploma graduate. CPA / ACCA is a plus.
- Executive (4): Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Finance and accounting processes
- Senior Executive (2): Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Finance and accounting processes
- Shared services/GBS/BPO experience preferred.
- Able to work with virtual and/or matrix teams.
- Able to work with cross-cultural team ideal
- JDE ERP general accounting or related experience preferred.
