We are seeking a results‑driven Global Program Manager with deep expertise in contract manufacturing (CM) and strong technical knowledge of capital equipment. This role will lead global business initiatives, drive customer engagement across regions, and collaborate internally to deliver high‑value, scalable manufacturing solutions.
The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with commercial strategy, enabling them to influence stakeholders, identify global opportunities, and support long‑term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute global business development strategies to expand market share in contract manufacturing and capital equipment markets.
- Identify new opportunities, market trends, and feasible strategic partnerships across key international regions.
- Build and manage a global sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
- Customer & Partner Relationship Management
- Establish, expand, and maintain strong relationships with global customers, OEMs, and industry partners.
- Understand customer requirements and align solutions with internal manufacturing capabilities and capital equipment offerings.
- Lead global presentations, proposals, commercial negotiations, and strategic account discussions.
- Cross‑Functional & Cross‑Regional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure alignment of customer requirements across multiple sites.
- Support the development of cost models, quotations, and technical proposals for new programs.
- Provide market and customer feedback to internal teams to strengthen competitiveness and improve solution design.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights
- Monitor global competitors, market developments, and emerging technologies in capital equipment.
- Provide actionable insights for strategic planning, pricing decisions, and portfolio expansion.
- Sales Execution & Reporting
- Achieve global sales KPIs, revenue growth, and program expansion targets.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
- Prepare and present regular business development and program performance reports to management.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in business development or program management within contract manufacturing or capital equipment sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of capital equipment, manufacturing processes, and complex sales cycles.
- Proven success in managing international customers or multi‑region accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Strong project management capability with the ability to lead multiple global initiatives simultaneously.
- Self‑driven, independent, and willing to travel internationally as required.
