Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of managing and leading a sales team in the hospital sector.
- Ensuring the sales team meets their sales targets and achieves yearly growth.
- Identifying and developing new customers while maintaining existing ones to boost company revenue.
- Developing a business plan for the sector that includes promotional activities, product focus, and key opinion leader (KOL) development.
- Providing training for the sales team to ensure they have the necessary medical and technical knowledge to accurately and ethically describe the company's products.
- Ensuring timely collections of payments from customers based on their credit terms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical, Science or any other equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry, at least 2 years in managerial role.
- Proven track record and excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of customer & market requirements.
- Strong analytical skills.
