JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management and other HR related matters.

Preparation of HR correspondences such as employment letter, staff movements and resignations etc.

To monitor and maintain staff information record.

Liaise with government bodies such as Income Tax, KWSP, SOCSO etc.

Managing all foreign workers matters such as work permit renewal, FOMEMA etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration or any other related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience.

Preferably those who has experience working with a manufacturing industry.
