Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
  • Implement innovative strategies to attract top talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
Industry Relations
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with industry professionals, associations, and networks.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute insights for strategic HR planning.
Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  • Conduct investigations and provide resolutions for employee relations issues.
Policy Development and Compliance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes that may impact HR practices.
  • Performance Management
  • Support performance management processes, guiding goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Work closely with the manager to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on recruitment, industry relations, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with confidentiality and tact.
  • Experience in contributing to HR strategy and initiatives.
  • Qualified candidates may be considered as Assistant Manager.
  • Proficiency in English language.
