JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and work instructions are in place for smooth human resources management.
  • Develop HR plans and programs that align with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Work with the Leadership team to design learning and development programs.
  • Provide guidance to line managers in the performance management of their staff.
  • Create improvement programs that benefit both the company and employees.

JOB REQUIREMENT
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, General Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, including the development of strategies and programs, as well as experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
  • Have regional or APAC role related experience.
  • Proficient in current knowledge of labor and employment laws.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Attentive to detail and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
  • Strong business acumen and quantitative thinking skills to build business cases in support of recommendations.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented and willing to make tough decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • Cross-cultural experience gained from working in diverse environments.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in relationship building and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee and company information.
  • Direct experience providing consultative HR support and guidance to global offices, and working knowledge of international companies required.
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule.
