JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and work instructions are in place for smooth human resources management.
- Develop HR plans and programs that align with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Work with the Leadership team to design learning and development programs.
- Provide guidance to line managers in the performance management of their staff.
- Create improvement programs that benefit both the company and employees.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, General Psychology, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, including the development of strategies and programs, as well as experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Have regional or APAC role related experience.
- Proficient in current knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Attentive to detail and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Problem-solving skills, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
- Strong business acumen and quantitative thinking skills to build business cases in support of recommendations.
- Excellent project management, writing, and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented and willing to make tough decisions.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
- Cross-cultural experience gained from working in diverse environments.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in relationship building and working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee and company information.
- Direct experience providing consultative HR support and guidance to global offices, and working knowledge of international companies required.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule.
