HR Specialist
A rapidly growing MNC manufacturing in Batu Kawan is looking for a HR specialist to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to oversee Compensation & Benefit function. 

Main responsibilities of the HR Specialist role 

• Developing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation and benefits programs. 
• Analyzing compensation data, administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to support the company's HR and business objectives.

Key requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration
• 1+ years of experience in HR field
• Proficiency in MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin language
