JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary contact for all Workday questions, issue resolution and system related matters
- Performs Project Management, Planning, and software implementation support activities (Development, installations, upgrades, enhancements, etc.) for the assigned tasks
- Acts as a subject matter expert in Workday, staying up-to-date with the latest features, updates and best practices to continuously improve system functionality
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain the security of sensitive employee information within the HRIS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant
- In-depth knowledge of Workday modules including core HCM
- At least 5 years of experience in HRIS
