A rapidly growing MNC manufacturing in Prai is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to develop and implement talent acquisition strategy.
Main responsibilities of the Human Resource Business Partner role
- Execute a talent acquisition strategy to align with the business's needs.
- Manage recruitment process, including talent sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to forecast and strategize manpower requirements, ensuring a sufficient talent pool to meet organizational needs.
- Involved in HR process improvement projects.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partnering roles.
- Familiar with government regulations affecting HR practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, particularly SAP.
