JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle the technical pre/post-sales application support for production solutions in local market.
- Integral with sales and service team to deliver the highest level of customer experience and high value solution development
- Actively follow up on technical leads, fast response towards fulfilling customers’ enquiries.
- Provide sound and expert consultation on product solution and application to prospects and existing customers.
- Secure new customers in MNC/SME industries by identifying their needs and engineering
adaptations of products, equipment and services. - Expand market awareness of the industrial products & services
- Provide technical support that primarily related to industrial weighing controllers; instruments; software and related accessorieses and manage projects and relationships with customers.
- Responsible for study, design and propose appropriate weighing and control system that suits customer's functional and budgetary requirements
- Responsible for pre-sales ground-work in order to understand customer's actual needs and requirement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Electrical/
Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or any related field - Minimum 2 years working experience in process automation environment or related field
- Experience and skills in PC/PLC/SCADA system connectivity and basic electrical knowledge are highly desired.
- Experience and skills in C or C++ programming will be an
added advantage - Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate
project management - Willing to travel within Malaysia region as and when
required - First hand understanding of technical equipment, process
control system and marketing process - Good interpersonal and excellent verbal/written skills in English and Mandarin
