JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct inspections and quality audits of mechanical and electrical (M&E) works at the construction site.
Supervise contractors to ensure adherence to technical requirements and quality standards.
Monitor and verify daily reports, material deliveries, and site activities.
Facilitate communication between consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and participate in site meetings.
Review and optimize designs, providing technical support across disciplines.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Malaysian laws and company procedures.
Perform defect inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented during the Defect Liability Period.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in Site Supervision / Inspector of Works for M&E projects, proficiency in CAD software would be added advantage.
Registered Inspector of Works under BEM.
