JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct inspections and quality audits of mechanical and electrical (M&E) works at the construction site.
- Supervise contractors to ensure adherence to technical requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor and verify daily reports, material deliveries, and site activities.
- Facilitate communication between consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and participate in site meetings.
- Review and optimize designs, providing technical support across disciplines.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Malaysian laws and company procedures.
- Perform defect inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented during the Defect Liability Period.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in Site Supervision / Inspector of Works for M&E projects, proficiency in CAD software would be added advantage.
- Registered Inspector of Works under BEM.
