IT MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the leadership and direction of all IT management activities, be it the projects or/and all IT operations
• Create 3 years roadmap for the IT team which aligns with the company's strategic plan
• Create work breakdown and plan for each IT team to complete their tasks according to that roadmap
• Transforms the company into the digital age for both internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the IT strategic projects and ensure they are completed in the required timeline and at least according to the project scope
• Create preventive measures and govern the IT compliance and security
• Lead an agile team with the new technology CI/CD in mind to constantly update IT systems in the increasing demand from all stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team and working on complex projects
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Router, Internet, Firewall, Active Directory, G-Suite, Windows Server, Linux Server, AWS Cloud
• Strong knowledge of coding languages (Python, Javascript, Java, C++, Sodility, CX, Simplicity, SQL, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, Mandarin is an advantage.
