JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cloud Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join their sales team. As a Cloud Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving cloud solution sales in Malaysia. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers and developing strong relationships, following a proactive "hunting" sales culture. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to our company's growth while promoting cutting-edge cloud solutions to businesses in the region.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and businesses that could benefit from our cloud solutions. Use various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our cloud solutions, effectively communicating technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and position our cloud solutions as the best fit.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with the technical team to design customized cloud solutions that align with clients' requirements and address their pain points effectively.
  • Quota Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups with prospects.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product and sales strategy improvements.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize contracts, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, providing regular sales reports and forecasts to sales management.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and successful implementation of cloud solutions for clients.
YOUR PROFILE 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in cloud sales, preferably with a focus on SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in both the local language and English, enabling effective interactions with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a proactive "hunter" mentality in pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
