JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand our company’s investment framework and work closely with superior in identifying suitable landbanks and joint venture partners for future development.
- Deal sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities. Follow up with agents/ developers to generate new business and negotiate investment proposal/ requirement.
- Keep trustful relationship with agents/ developers through proactive follow-up actions and supports in order to obtain on-going strong source of land supply and market information.
- Undertake feasibility studies to make recommendation for joint venture.
- Consistently conduct market survey for new project to identify market opportunities, market risk and competitive advantages,
- Support superior to produce presentations, reports and proposals with wellsupported insights and recommendations to our company.
- Monitor construction progress timeline, cash flow, and marketing activities of existing project.
- Perform daily administrative works which include handling the attending guests, top management staff (book and arrange travel, transport and manage schedule), filing documents/ invoice, and update database.
- To assist in any ad-hoc tasks when required by manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Able to Speak, Write and read in Japanese, English and Malay
- Minimum 3 years experience within property, real estate, investment, Facility management
- Possess own transport
