You will be the champion in
- Efficiently handle client inquiries and resolve issues across various channels such as live chat, phone calls, and emails, while prioritizing precision and meticulousness in navigating multiple software platforms.
- Keep clients promptly informed about the progress and status of their requests.
- Actively promote and introduce clients to the range of available products and services.
- Ensure exceptional service by appropriately addressing client inquiries and maintaining a high standard of customer care.
- Foster effective collaboration with other departments as necessary.
- Contribute to the team's success by achieving targeted results.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate specialist when required.
- Undertake additional assigned tasks from the manager as needed.
Job requirements;
- Min Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- Business level proficiency in speaking, reading & writing in Japanese to support Japan Market
- Customer service mindset and eager to learn
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
- Interested in Fintech/Investment/Banking industry is a plus
