We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to end-users and back-office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in various areas of IT, including Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Citrix, networking, and mobile device support. This role encompasses both end-user and back-office support responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient IT environment.
Your Responsibilities
End-User Support:
- Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, including both Azure and on-premises installations.
- Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
- Perform Citrix client and advanced administration tasks.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco AnyConnect VPN solutions.
- Manage McAfee products, including DLP (Data Loss Prevention), EPO (ePolicy Orchestrator), and Encryption at an advanced level.
- Provide support for iPhone and Android mobile devices, ensuring seamless integration with corporate systems.
- Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to enhance mobile device security and productivity.
- Offer advanced networking support, particularly focusing on switches and their configurations.
BackOffice Support:
- Administer Windows Server environments, ensuring their stability and performance.
- Possess a basic understanding of networking concepts to assist with troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Acquire optional technical skills as required to support back-office operations.
- Administer Citrix servers, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate advanced networking skills, including router configurations, SDWAN, MPLS, and their maintenance.
- Assist in cloud management tasks, including provisioning and monitoring cloud resources.
- Possess knowledge of infrastructure design to contribute to planning and implementation.
- Utilize Managed Engine Desktop Central for efficient desktop management and support.
About You
- Minimum of a Diploma in IT or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT support.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with full administrator access rights for managing Active Directory (Azure/On-prem) and M365 (E3 & E5 License).
- Proficient in supporting existing backend infrastructure, including Active Directory domains and the M365 portal as an administrator.
- Skilled in remote IT support, addressing end-users' requests and troubleshooting for M365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange), Zscalar, and Office Wi-Fi (AP/WLC).
- Competent in managing and monitoring McAfee EPO and Desktop Central servers.
- Able to effectively address user requests and technical inquiries related to Citrix and VPN.
- Capable of collaborating with other IT department teams to address system and network requirements.
- Experienced in installing and testing hardware and software, performing routine maintenance, and applying updates to system software (production releases).
- Proficient in maintaining essential security controls over desktops, servers, storage, network, and software.
- Diligently records all problems and their solutions in the Production Log File, ensuring proper problem follow-up.
