Opportunity working with forward-thinking company dedicated to delivering top-notch technical support to their valued users. As a Remote Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our users' computer systems run smoothly.
Your Role:
- Extend your expertise remotely by assisting both local and overseas users via calls, emails, or chat.
- Skillfully address Level 1 service desk technical inquiries, meeting outlined service objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions to facilitate future reference and actions.
- Demonstrate clear communication and guide users through troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve technical issues.
What You'll Bring:
- Fluent in Japanese and English in speaking, writing and reading.
- Technical knowledge/expertise to support technical related queries and troubleshooting
- Good support knowledge of Windows Operating systems, general standard knowledge on off the shelves software like Microsoft Office and etc.
- Open to work 5 days per week with rotational shift changes monthly basis
