JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for managing complex, strategic new product development programs with core functional and global core team.
•Lanning of all project activities including multiple program phases, stage gate control and separate project teams.
•Synchronization of core team efforts and management of the overall project schedule, resources requirements, project expenses
and capital budget.
•Responsible for driving program execution while ensuring the program/project activities meet internal/external requirements through
Product development cycle/ Product Development and Launching Process (PDLP).
•Drive and coordinate Validation processes including IQ (Installation Qualification)OQ( Operational Qualification),PQ(Performance Qualification).
•Documented DHF Design History File, DMR Device Master Record, DFMEA Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, PFMEA Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis and Risk Analysis files.
•Able to balance, reprioritize and assign tasks and/or negotiate resources as needed to optimize schedules and outcome with minimum guidance.
•Active involvement with project and task prioritization and overall workload balance for the group
•Engagement frequently and effective collaboration with all business partners
•Prepare standard costing of products,part cost and tooling.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Degree in Mechanical or related background.
•Min 5 years of working epxerience in tooling department.
•Good in management skills & cross-work with difference department.
•Good communication skills.
