JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying business opportunities to develop profitable portfolio in line with the company’s distribution strategy
- Building and maintain relationships with fronting insurers, brokers, insurance agents and banks

Generating new leads and acquire new customers, managing existing customers if needed,

Deliver individual sales activities and new business targets.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs

Register/record and maintain data of the sales activities in the CRM system

Any ad hoc tasks by the managers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years relevant experience in Financial services B2B sales and consultative selling in Expert know-how in specifics of market
- Ability to build extensive network with prospects, market players and opinion leaders
- Ability to generate and convert leads
- Expert knowledge in sales and negotiation skill
- Ability to liaise with members of other core functions
- Ability to convince customers in negotiations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) in English and Japanese
