Our client is a new start up Halal food manufacturing well-established company from Japan. They are setting up new factory in Johor Bahru area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise between the Director and local staff, translating and interpreting daily communications (both written and verbal) from Japanese to English and vice versa.
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions between the Japanese management team and local employees, ensuring accurate communication.
Assist the management in preparing and reviewing documents, reports, and correspondence in both languages.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Studies or related field.
- Strong bilingual skills in Japanese and English
- Familiar with factory operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Excellent translation and interpretation skills, along with an understanding of production
workflows, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
