Key Responsibilities of a Key Account Senior Executive:
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve company revenue goals.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with customers.
- Manage and monitor project progress with a team, setting deadlines for key tasks to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Address client escalation issues as they arise.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Hands-on experience in sales with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Proficient in using computers for various tasks including arithmetic operations and project management
- Understanding of project management is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves interaction with Mandarin-speaking individuals
