Coordinator (Accounting Firm)
【Job Description】
We are seeking a Coordinator to support our Japanese clients at a professional accounting firm. Responsibilities include:
・Handling inquiries from Japanese clients
・Receiving and following up on service requests
・Coordinating delivery of final outputs and documentation
【Requirements & Preferred Skills】
・Experience working in a Japanese company (understanding of Japanese business practices and client communication styles)
・Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1–N2 preferred; experience using Japanese in client-facing roles)
・Business-level English proficiency (English is used in daily operations)
・Accounting knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
・Experience in HR or other specialized fields is also welcome.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
