JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising a variety of agreements including Cloud Agreements, Sales, installation and maintenance Agreements, Network service agreements, Software license, Lease Agreements and other confidential agreements.
- Responding to the legal aspects in tender responses.
- Liaising with the global legal team.
- Assist with the APAC region to create/ implement/ review/ amend processes/ training as and when required.
- Provide ad hoc legal advice and assistance when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Law with minimum of 4 years plus PQE or equivalent.
- Must be able to work independently for matters under the laws of Malaysia.
- Global experience would be an advantage.
- Experience in telecommunication/ IT/ financial related industry will be preferable.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
