JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the organisation's legal, governance and compliance framework to align with the overall business objectives.
- Draft, advise and review agreements including but not limited to services agreements, marketing agreements, tenancy agreements and etc.
- Provide legal advices on the company's business activities.
- Provide preliminary legal advices on all potential disputes/ complaints.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Law or equivalent with minimum 5 years post-qualified in-house experience in legal practice.
- Experience in corporate and commercial laws, compliance and contract management
- Preferably those who has experience in retail industry.
- Meticulous, detail oriented, thorough and organized.
