Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee full cycle of M&E projects for industrial facilities, such as factories, warehouses, data centers, and semiconductor plants.

  • Lead teams of project engineers, site supervisors, and safety officers to ensure effective and safe project execution

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and cash flows to align with acceptable profit margins

  • Prepare comprehensive documentation: Project Execution Plans, Method Statements, Inspection/Test Plans, RFIs, MOS, As‑Built drawings, and handover packs

  • Oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems (M&E distribution, HVAC, cleanroom, process utilities, digital/electrical panels, sensors, etc.)

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve technical, contractual, and scheduling issues on site

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations (DOSH, Cleanroom protocols), quality standards, and client specifications.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • 8–10 years of relevant M&E project management experience in industrial or semiconductor facilities

  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and site teams

  • Proficient in interpreting and reviewing design drawings, construction specifications, and value engineering

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to lead site teams and stakeholders

  • Familiarity with industrial standards, health & safety requirements, and cleanroom protocols

     

 

Skills & Tools

  • Technical competence in HVAC, cleanroom systems, process utilities, and electrical distribution systems

  • Skilled in preparing Project Execution Plans, Method of Statement (MOS), Inspection & Test Plans, and RFIs

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)

  • Solid knowledge of DOSH safety regulations and cleanroom health protocols
